Pancakes with Chocolate

Chocolate Pancakes

Ingridients:

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 5 egs
• 2 cups of milk
• 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
• 1 tablespoons of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of instant cocoa
• nutmeg
• salt

For the Stuffing:

• 40 g chocolate powder
• 1 dl orange liqueur

For the Filling:

• 4 egg whites
• 10 g powdered sugar

How to prepare:

Mix all ingredients together and bake the pancakes in a pan with a little fat. Melt chocolate on the steam, mix it with orange liqueur and arrange pancakes into cake shape. Beat egg whites and sugar in hard foam and spread it on top of the cake. Bake in the oven briefly and serve. Bon appetite ツ
