Ingridients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 120 ml. milk
  • 500 g. of fresh zucchini
  • 30 g. butter
  • 50 g. parmesan
  • 150 g. flour
  • 100g. cheese (as a side dish)
  • a little chopped parsley
  • salt and ground white pepper
  • nutmeg

Pancakes with Nuts 'n Rum

You'll need 12 standard pancakes for this recipe.

For the Stuffing:
  • 180 g minced or chopped nuts
  • 1/2 dl rum
  • 150 g sugar
  • 60 g butter
  • 20 g raisins
  • 1/2 dl milk

For dressing:
  • 100 g chocolate powder
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 dl milk
  • 1 dl sweet cream
  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 1 dl rum
